Coastal Cafe
The Coastal Cafe encourages imaginations to reach delicious new heights while providing the opportunity to experience the food service industry—all through the power of play. Step into a retro-style diner as a chef, server, or hungry customer. Cook up pretend pizzas, burgers, desserts, and daily specials behind the counter; take orders, ring them in, and serve dishes just like in a real restaurant. Guests can “wash” dishes, clean up workspaces, and restock supplies for the next wave of customers, building teamwork and social skills through collaborative restaurant play. The possibilities are endless in this sweet retreat, inspiring the culinary geniuses of today and tomorrow!
Draw Alive
Draw Alive is an interactive exhibit in which children can watch their drawings come to life. Yes, seriously! First, they choose a picture sheet of their choice from one of the themes. Then they color their masterpiece! They’ll then place their creations under the interactive scanner and watch their very own drawing appear on the large screened animated world within seconds! Engage your child’s curiosity with this fantastic new exhibit.
Beachside Autoworks
Beachside Autoworks sparks mechanical curiosity and invites hands-on exploration of the tools, parts, and inner workings of an automobile. Young guests roll up their sleeves to tinker, investigate, and discover how things move, connect, and work together—fueling problem-solving skills and confidence along the way. It’s the perfect pit stop for future mechanics and car enthusiasts ready to accelerate toward new discoveries!
The Nieghborhood Market
Grab a cart and explore the aisles in this interactive grocery experience designed just for kids. Discover a variety of options as you fill your cart with ingredients for a favorite family meal—or dream up something brand new. Sort foods by type, from produce and dairy to baked goods and frozen items, while practicing colors and identifying fruits and vegetables along the way. Bilingual signage helps build vocabulary and early literacy skills, making every trip educational as well as fun. When you’re ready, head to the checkout register to ring up your items for a full shopping experience—or put on a work vest and step into the role of cashier or shelf stocker to keep the store running smoothly!
Toddler Beach
Toddler Beach is thoughtfully designed just for our youngest visitors (ages 3 and under), transporting little ones to a beach-inspired oasis that reflects the natural beauty of the Myrtle Beach coast. This calming, coastal space invites endless exploratory and sensory play—from gentle textures to hands-on discoveries—all within a safe, accessible environment. Created especially for early learners, Toddler Beach introduces our tiniest guests to the joy, wonder, and developmental power of play.
Seashore Dentistry
Seashore Dentistry highlights the importance of healthy smiles while giving children the chance to explore a career in dentistry through imaginative, hands-on play. Young visitors can step into the role of dentist or patient, examine teeth using dental tools and a genuine dentist chair, and practice proper brushing and flossing techniques on an oversized model mouth. It’s a fun, engaging way to build confidence, ease dental jitters, and reinforce healthy habits that last a lifetime.
Little Loggerhead Pediatrics
Little Loggerhead Pediatrics promotes the importance of overall health while helping children feel comfortable and confident in a setting that can sometimes feel overwhelming. Lighthouse Lumber invites imaginations to build sky-high in a hands-on space filled with giant blocks and endless possibilities. Using oversized bricks designed for little hands, children can construct towering lighthouses, cozy forts, imaginative creatures, and anything else they can dream up. This collaborative building zone encourages creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork—proving that with the right foundation, big ideas can rise to new heights.
A-Ha Makerspace

Makerspace, children can tinker, invent, and explore at open-ended workstations filled with an array of maker supplies. Lite Bright
Step into a glowing world of color and creativity! At our larger-than-life Light Brite wall, kids can design bright patterns, shapes, and pictures using hundreds of illuminated pegs. This experience sparkles with imagination and hands-on fun for all ages!

This exhibit will be specifically designed for our youngest visitors (ages 3 and under) and will transport them to a beach oasis mirroring the natural splendor of the Myrtle Beach coast. Opportunities for exploratory and sensory play will be endless, while providing an accessible environment to introduce our youngest minds to the power of play.

Doctor’s Office
This exhibit will emphasize the importance of overall health while also giving children the opportunity to familiarize themselves with what can sometimes be a stressful environment, all through the power of play. Our Doctor’s Office exhibit will enact yearly checkups and inspiring the next generation of physicians!
Dentist Office
This exhibit will emphasize the importance of oral health while also giving children the opportunity to immerse themselves in a possible career field through the power of play. Currently, our Dentist exhibit will feature a real dentist chair and tools, and an oversized mouth perfect for practicing oral hygiene routines!
Auto Works
This exhibit will ignite a mechanical curiosity and provide opportunities for hands-on exploration through the tools and inner workings of an automobile. This exhibit is sure to have future mechanics and car enthusiasts racing towards new and exciting breakthroughs!
Space Flight
Educational exploration will span the farthest reaches of space, while providing an engaging environment to introduce our young minds to STEM concepts and the aerospace careers that compose a significant percentage of the South Carolina workforce. Our Space/ Flight exhibit features a Rocket climbing structure, a mission control station, a flight simulator, airways wall tubes, and much more that’s sure to inspire young minds to reach for the stars!
Wind Tunnel + Maker Space
Our Wind Tunnel & Maker Space exhibit will feature a functioning wind tunnel for flight experiments, and a fully equipped maker space to inspire problem solvers of all ages!
Lite Brite + LEGO Mural
Our Lite Brite & LEGO Mural will feature a functioning Lite Brite wall, and a LEGO Mural masterpiece to inspire creatives of all ages!
