Things to know

The full cost of your party is due upon booking.
Party rooms are first-come, first-reserved, and if full payment is not received, your reservation will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited. Cancellation within two weeks or less of your scheduled party date are non-refundable.
No more than 35 guests are permitted per party due to the size of the party rooms.
You may bring your own food, drinks, and decorations. You may not use masking tape, glue, thumb tacks, pins, etc. to hang up wall decorations, and you may not hang anything from the ceiling.
No child may be dropped off to attend any party without adult supervision. Adults are responsible for their children and must accompany them at all times.
No grilling, cooking, use of heating devices, or alcohol is allowed inside the museum.
No latex balloons allowed. This is due to fire hazards and choking/health & safety reasons. Mylar (foil) balloons will be accepted if they are stationed with a weight as table balloons and not taped or adhered to any walls.

No loitering, excessive running, or yelling is allowed.
No water guns/activities, chewing gum, silly string, paint, glitter, confetti, or piñatas, water balloons, bubbles, glass items, or fog machines are allowed.
Shoes must be worn at all times.
Hosts must ensure the area is left in a responsible condition when the party is completed.
If you purchase a EdVenture Membership after your party is scheduled, we are not able to refund the difference. We encourage Non-Members to consider all of the advantages of an EdVenture Membership.
Member discounts are applied at registration.

Online birthday party reservations are for our Columbia location only. To book a party at our MYRTLE BEACH location, please call 843.839.0475. To book a party at our HARTSVILLE location, please call 843.309.9149.

Reservations are available for dates within the next 90 days. If you would like to schedule a birthday party more than 90 days from now, please email bookings@edventure.org.
