The Birthday Party Package

With a simple package that includes party space, museum admission for your guests, and helpful extras like downloadable invitations, hosting a birthday at EdVenture is easy and stress-free. Whether your child loves science, climbing, pretend play, or hands-on discovery, an EdVenture birthday party lets them celebrate their big day doing what kids do best—learning through play and making memories with friends.

- The full cost of your party is due upon booking.
- Party rooms are first-come, first-reserved, and if full payment is not received, your reservation will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited. Cancellation within two weeks or less of your scheduled party date are non-refundable.

- You may bring your own food, drinks, and decorations. You may not use masking tape, glue, thumb tacks, pins, etc. to hang up wall decorations, and you may not hang anything from the ceiling.

No grilling, cooking, use of heating devices, or alcohol is allowed inside the museum.
- No balloons allowed. This is due to fire hazards and choking / health & safety reasons.

No water guns, chewing gum, silly string, paint, glitter, confetti, piñatas, water balloons, bubbles, glass items, or fog machines are allowed.

No more than 35 guests are permitted per party due to the size of the party rooms.

- If you purchase a EdVenture Membership after your party is scheduled, we are not able to refund the difference. We encourage Non-Members to consider all of the advantages of an EdVenture Membership.

- No child may be dropped off to attend any party without adult supervision. Adults are responsible for their children and must accompany them at all times.
- No loitering, excessive running, or yelling is allowed.
- Shoes must be worn at all times.
- Hosts must ensure the area is left in a responsible condition when the party is completed.
