PROCEDURE FOR CIVIL RIGHTS COMPLAINT
OR ACCOMMODATION REQUEST
EdVenture does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability in programs, activities, or any interaction.
If you feel that your civil rights have been violated or if you require accessibility or disability-related accommodations, language assistance, language translation, or interpretive services to participate in our events, please contact, EdVenture’s designated Civil Rights Coordinator. Complaints must be filed within sixty (60) days of the incident.

EdVenture’s Response
Our Civil Rights Coordinator will acknowledge the complaint within a prompt and fair window of time, not to exceed seven (7) days of EdVenture’s receipt of the complaint. A jurisdictional review will follow, and any investigation will abide by the preponderance of the evidence standard. Be assured that EdVenture does not intimidate or retaliate against any individual or group who files a complaint.
EdVenture’s goal is to finalize the investigation within sixty (60) days. Written notice will be promptly provided about the outcome of the investigation, including whether discrimination is found and the description of the investigation process.
