Making a BIG Difference Annual Campaign

EdVenture makes a BIG difference in the lives of South Carolina’s children everyday. Did you know that EdVenture:

  • supports after school educational experiences for nearly 1,000 children and youth weekly?
  • is the leading provider of professional development for South Carolina teachers who wish to improve their knowledge of science and the best ways to engage their students?
  • provides year-round programming for children with disabilities and their families?

It’s true! Beyond our walls, EdVenture is impacting children, families and educators with award-winning and nationally-recognized programs everyday. But none of this would be possible without the support of our community and loyal donors.

 

This year we have set a goal of $170,000 to raise that will allow us to inspire the minds of South Carolina’s youth to imagine, discover and understand their true potential. Gifts will be designated towards four specific areas:

  • Scholarship support for underserved children to participate in afterschool and summer programs led by EdVenture
  • New science and technology programs and equipment at EdVenture to explore cutting-edge topics such as biomedical science, engineering and climate change
  • Expanded leadership development and career exploration for at-risk middle and high school students
  • Access to programs at EdVenture for all children, especially those with special needs
