Fire & Life Safety programming
South Carolina citizens are 32% more likely to be in a fire-related death than the national average. Statistics like this move EdVenture to continue its mission to educate children across our state on the importance of fire and life safety. Designed and taught by fire and life safety educators on staff at EdVenture, our programming teaches children safety skills that will better prepare them for emergency situations. Our educators use tools such as a 911 simulator, home escape route plans, and interactive media to illustrate how to react in a time of crisis.
Thanks to the support of State Farm, EdVenture provides 100 days of free fire & life safety outreach program to schools and community centers across the state.
