When you choose to rent the entire EdVenture facility, you have access to all eight of our world-class galleries, all meeting space and program rooms, use of our catering kitchen, our Imaginarium Theater, and our beautiful outdoor terrace that overlooks the Gervais Street Bridge.

First Floor

(capacity 747 people)

What a party you can have on EdVenture’s first floor! This space includes four world-class galleries, all meeting space and program rooms on the first floor, use of our catering kitchen, our Imaginarium Theater, and our beautiful outdoor terrace that overlooks the Gervais Street Bridge.

Imaginarium Theater

(capacity 80 - 125 people)

EdVenture’s Imaginarium Theater is located on the first floor of the museum and is equipped with a drop-down screen, podium and a catering kitchen. Extra A/V amenities are available for an additional cost. It is the perfect venue for presentations and meetings. This room has great set-up flexibility whether your needs require theater style, classroom style or round tables.

Program Rooms

(capacity 30 - 35 people each)

Located on the second floor, EdVenture’s two program rooms are great for smaller functions such as business meetings and other events. Both program rooms have set-up flexibility.

Board Room

(capacity 25 people)

When is the last time you had the joy of a meeting in a room with three walls of windows, giving you views to the beautiful outside world? EdVenture’s Board Room is an exceptional and memorable space for meetings. The room is equipped with a “U” shaped table and chairs and provides ample room for food and beverage set up.

Catering

EdVenture has a list of preferred caterers available from which to choose. Caterers not registered with EdVenture are welcome to provide you service in our facility with proof of insurance and a business license.
