EdVenture's monthly maker series is an opportunity for teachers to learn more about the maker education movement with activities that are designed with the student in mind. Teachers are encouraged to register for each monthly series by sending an email to Elena Tudor at etudor@edventure.org a week before the event to reserve your spot. Limited seating is available.

School and Group Programs

EdVenture offers a variety of programs focused on enhancing school curriculum. From field experiences to educator professional development programs, EdVenture has what schools and communities need to add an exciting twist to their activities.


Come enjoy our programs on-site here in one of Columbia’s biggest and brightest classrooms. Perfect for ages 3-12, this programming gives your student a chance to enjoy EdVenture in a whole new way! Enjoy EdVenture-led special activities on the first Friday of each month from 2:30–3:30pm.

Professional Development

Expanding Minds and Worlds - Educating the next generation is one of the most important jobs out there. We offer teachers fresh creative ways to help enhance education of students along with new tools and resources for teachers.

Access new teaching tools and resources that will give a boost to teaching skills and enliven lesson plans. Whether you attend a one-hour session or a weeklong summer institute, EdVenture ensures your experience is rewarding and useful in your work of educating the next generation.

Early Childhood Institute for Educators

Preschool providers or child development centers requiring Department of Social Service credit hours can access professional development workshops at their school or center through EdVenture.
