Club EdVenture
EdVenture believes that the hours from 3-6 p.m. are among the most important times for children to explore learning and stimulate their curiosity by putting their knowledge into action. Club EdVenture is an award winning after school program, backed by an experienced staff with extensive knowledge in the field of child development and care. The after school program at EdVenture has more than 12 years of outreach and offsite experience that is now being brought to you from inside the museum itself.
Club EdVenture extends the school day by stimulating individual inquiry and imagination in the museum environment. Our caring and nurturing staff reaches the whole child, by officering developmentally appropriate enrichment that supports the school day, as well as the opportunity for one-on-one academic support.
In the event of severe inclement weather, children should be picked up immediately. EdVenture Children’s Museum will follow the decisions of Richland School District One and the City of Columbia offices. In the event school is cancelled or students are released early due to weather conditions, Club EdVenture will not be open. Watch the local news for updates on days when inclement weather is expected.
